Who Am I ?

Mi chiamo Jacopo (lo so, si capisce dal nome del blog :-) ), sono un ragazzo Italiano nato, cresciuto e residente a Treviso. Frequento il terzo anno della facoltà di Mediazione Linguistica e Culturale a  Ca' Foscari (ho scelto di approfondire e sviluppare l'Inglese e lo Spagnolo).

Oltre all'università ho diversi interessi, dalla lettura al cinema, passando per la musica, lo sport in generale (sono un grande appassionato di calcio, nuoto e pallavolo, senza contare i motori), l'arte e, di recente, la fotografia.

Negli ultimi tre anni, poi, anche per il fatto che studio lingue, ho cominciato a coltivare la passione, o meglio, il sogno di viaggiare prima alla scoperta dell'Europa, poi ancora più in là. 

Sarebbe fantastico passare un periodo di studio/lavoro all'estero per poter entrare in contatto con nuove realtà socio culturali e, ovviamente, ampliare il mio bagaglio di conoscenze.

Ho creato il blog (scriverò post in Italiano e li tradurrò poi in Inglese, o almeno ci proverò :) ), prendendo anche spunto da un' amica  ( sì, lo so, sono un copione ), con il principale scopo di documentare le esperienze che avrei fatto nei tre mesi trascorsi in Spagna in questa sorta di diario, ma anche per tenere aggiornati amici e famiglia.

My name is Jacopo (I know, pretty obvious seen the name of the blog :-) ), I'm an Italian guy who was born, has been growing and is now living in Treviso. I'm at the third year of the Linguistic and Cultural Mediation degree at Ca' Foscari University (English and Spanish as foreign languages).

Apart from uni, I'm interested in several topics, such as books, cinema, music, sports ( football, swimming and volleyball in particular), art and, recently, photography.

In the last three years, I've started dreaming of travelling all around Europe and then also further.

I'd love to spend some time living and studying/ working abroad, just to get in touch with other social and cultural realities and, obviously, to increase my knowledge. It would be something special, I'm sure of it.

I created the blog (I'm going to write in Italian and then translate into English, or at least I'll try :-) ), being inspired also by a friend ( yeah, I'm a copycat ), I had the idea of chronicling my experience during the permanence in Spain in this sort of diary. I also wanted to keep my friends and family up to date.

I hope you won't get bored :-)

PS: if THAT friend is reading this, she will accept the idea of her being inspiring ;)
